Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). Google Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers; this data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. You can limit it with browser settings or tracker-blocking tools.
Enquiry form. The consultation form is delivered through FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service that transmits your submission (name, contact details and message) by email to Saad’s team. This website does not store submissions in a database of its own; the resulting email is retained as ordinary correspondence and used solely to respond to you. The WhatsApp option opens WhatsApp with a message you compose, processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their terms.
Hosting logs. The hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operational purposes, retained per the provider’s own policy.
External links. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Property Finder, Khaleej Times, Business Wire and amberhomes.ae lead to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. Contacting Saad via WhatsApp is processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their terms.
Email. If you email hello@saadwaqas.com, your message and address are used solely to respond to you.
